Developing memory loss can be a difficult challenge to navigate, and The Woodlands of DeWitt is here every step of the way. We are proud to provide a safe place to care for those with memory issues and for residents to call home. It’s important to us that families have peace of mind that their loved one is being properly taken care of and safe.

Our 30 private apartments have accommodations and technology to meet the needs of each resident. Our spacious apartments are just over 400 square feet with an on-suite bathroom, barrier-free shower, and seating area. Safety is very important to us as we have 24-hour care and support as needed based on individualized care.

There are also nurse call pendant systems and emergency call stations in every apartment to ensure the safest environment for our residents. We prodive specialized assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and daily housekeeping and laundry services.

Our job is to make residents feel as comfortable and at home as possible while providing quality and personalized care. To keep residents meantlly and physically active we provide daily life enrichment and activity programs that are catered specifically for people who deal with memory loss. Some activities include chair yoga, ice cream socials, and movie screenings in the community movie theater. Activities are facilitated by specially trained caregivers and nursing staff. We provide a safe and secure place to call home for residents with memory issues.
